The latest generation of fluoroelastomer from The Chemours Chenguang Fluoromaterial (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. Also known as CCF launched in both domestic and overseas markets in 2018 with the full application of Viton™ technology and the comprehensive upgrade of the facility and process in CCF Zigong Plant, Sichuan Province, P.R. China.



The event started on October 16th with a review of the milestones and key achievements in the past four years, followed by an introduction of CCF ZG Plant upgrade, technical support & product development, and a comparative study of full performance of the new product. The event followed with a plant tour for more than 50 guests from all different regions. In addition, it was held the by a seminar CN VI Emission Regulations and The Solutions from CCF.

The afternoon session ended with an open discussion for New FKM Application Opportunities Under CN VI & Electrification and Non-traditional ICE based Auto FKM Application Opportunities.

The promotion of the event was a new milestone with joint efforts from the all the members of CCF, as they presented to customers a brand-new plant with the highest safety standards in production procedure. With automated production line, the stability and full performance of the products have been raised to a degree which is close to Viton™ grade. With new terpolymer grade with high fluorine content up to 70%, the product portfolio has been broadened to better serve customers from all over the world.  

With the full support from the parent companies, this event has greatly raised customer’s confidence in CCF’s new products, operation team and future developments. Just as the Chinese name of CCF means this is a company embraced by the sunshine in early mornings and the full respect of science, the roadmap for CCF in creating value and pursuing excellence is need bright.
